Zari Hassan has reacted to the ongoing rumours that she has separated from her fiancé, Shakib Cham Lutaaya. In a video that she shared online, Zari says that the screenshot that is making rounds, allegedly from Zari’s account, showing her complaining about the dishonest and promiscuous life of Shakib, is fake and not authored by her.
There has been a screenshot making rounds on social media allegedly from Zari’s verified Facebook page where Zari accuses of infidelity, “I trusted you with everything. I came home early to surprise you. Instead, I found you in our bed with her.” Part of the screenshot that Zari says is fake reads.
Zari, a Ugandan-born socialite currently staying in South Africa, said that she received over 7 messages from her friends from Uganda forwarding the screenshot to her, asking if it’s true. “That’s how far AI has gone”, she added.
Zari warned her followers and fans to be “careful” with what they believe, as there are a lot of fake posts online appearing to be real. She also hinted at instances where AI videos were made, showing her saying words that she had never said. She further reminded her fans to be vigilant, as there are also fake WhatsApp conversations that are manipulated to look real.
